I use quite a bit of almond butter; it's great in smoothies, on apples, or
on a spoon straight out of the jar with raw honey for an afternoon energy boost.

make your snacks something like peanut butter and a banana (I often have peanut butter

Directions: Cut in half and seed squash, place flesh side down
