For example, if you buy several packages of frozen fruits along with whey protein and
almond milk don't be surprised if by the time you get home a
smoothie blender is waiting
on your doorstep.

on smoothies with Bananas, coconut

almond butter, I've been sneaking in some flax seed but I think I'll give the Maca a go and I'm loving the idea of the dates
Since moving home I've gotten my mom
on the green
smoothie train - banana, spinach, blueberries,
almond milk - which we basically alternate every day with oatmeal.

So this recipe is my solution to that problem that I created last year and is still one of my favorites for whipping up when I want a sprinkle of something similar to muesli or granola to use
on top of
smoothies or to put in a bowl with a little
almond or soy
milk as a quick snack.
Following our experience with our over ripe mango and the delicious
smoothie which resulted we were inspired to write a post
on a few ways to prevent food wastage when your perishables including your Luz
Almond milk are close to use by date.
Straight up with
almond milk, over yogurt or even topped
on chia pudding or
smoothie bowls.
I drink
almond milk on the reg, and usually add it into my
smoothies.
* My mind set when I shop is to always have
smoothie supplies
on hand - frozen and fresh fruit, rawnola, granola, coconut water,
almond milk, and coconut shreds.
I added you to my RSS feed, followed you
on pinterest, and my go - to breakfast is a banana, homemade
almond butter, cherry, chobani greek yogurt, and vanilla
almond milk smoothie topped with granola and sliced bananas!
My favorite way is honestly enjoying it by itself with some
almond or pea
milk like cereal, but my husband loves it
on top of a big
smoothie bowl for great crunchy texture.
I used coconut
almond milk instead of vanilla just because I had some
on hand, but the coconut butter didn't seem to mix in super well with the
smoothie.
Whether you eat it by the bowl with
almond milk, sprinkle it
on top of
smoothie bowls, build your own parfait or eat fistfuls from the jar, this makes the perfect fall inspired breakfast -LSB-...]

Smoothie 1/2 frozen banana 1 sliced kiwi fruit 40g frozen blueberries 1/2 cup lactose free yoghurt splash of

When ready to blend, add one
smoothie pack to the blender with about 1 cup
almond milk and ice (depending
on how thick you like your
smoothie, use more or less ice).
Make this non-dairy
almond milk kefir to add to
smoothies, drizzle
on fresh fruit, or enjoy as is.
Instead I love a plant - based
smoothie with
almond milk for breakfast; I usually eat a salad for lunch; and I rely
on my favorite plant - based meal kit for most of my dinners each week.
You can also try a scoop of collagen protein instead of the hemp seeds; swap another kind of non-dairy
milk for the
almond; and cut back a bit
on the
milk and serve with spoons as
smoothie bowls.
I always have a few boxes of unsweetened
almond milk on hand; to toss into
smoothies, overnight oats, and coffee.
1 - 2 cups mixed baby spinach and other mixed baby greens (whatever is
on hand) 1/2 — 3/4 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen) 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen — these are optional, I just love the color with the green — the pineapple should really sweeten your
smoothie) 3 T hemp seeds (optional of course, but wonderfully packed with complete protein and healthy essential fat) 1 cup (or more)
almond milk (or other non dairy
milk)
Another favorite is a slice of toasted gluten - free sourdough bread with a good slather of Justin's
almond butter and some berries
on top of my favorite
smoothie recipe: coconut
milk, blueberries, 1 - 2 tbsp.
Add
almond milk and dijon mustard into blender and blend
on high until silky
smoothy and creamy.
At first I mixed it in with
smoothies because I wasn't sure how the taste would be
on its own, but lately I've been mixing it in with just some plain
almond milk and I love it!
Add 1 - 2 cups of liquid:
milk (
almond, rice, soy...), tea, water, juice, coconut water etc... The amount of liquid you add depends
on how much fruit you have used or the thickness you like for your
smoothie.

My morning
smoothie recipe is 1/2 banana 1/2 green apple 2 handful spinach (or kale) 1/2 — 1 cup
almond milk 1 - 2 tbs hydrolyzed collagen or rice protein powder that's my base then I add frozen berries or a few slices of mandarin oranges depending in what's
on hand
Delicious with yogurt and berries,
almond milk, sprinkled
on smoothie bowls or just by itself.
If weight loss is an important goal for you, we recommend skipping out
on the
smoothies and keeping the shakes simple by mixing them up with water,
almond milk or coconut
milk.
Since I commented I did some more research
on coconut water and liked what I saw, so I've modified my go - to green
smoothie recipe and now use 1/2 cup coconut water and 1 cup unsweetened
almond milk as the base I'm learning so much from your blog!
Make this non-dairy
almond milk kefir to add to
smoothies, drizzle
on fresh fruit, or enjoy as is.
Sprinkle some walnuts, peanuts, pecan nuts or
almonds on some salads or add some to a
smoothie or make some nut
milk.
The oats are sweetened with chocolate
almond milk, the
smoothie is sweetened with mango and banana, and there's a little sprinkling of coconut chips and dark chocolate chips
on top.
It is officially fresh blueberry season where I live, and I love stocking up
on this flavorful berry to use in an easy
almond milk smoothie for breakfast, or even a fast snack.
I of course had Vanilla flavored again, but if you go for the Unsweetened
almond milk like my hubs does you can always substitute, he usually has some sweeteners
on hand though, and you may find that you need to add a little to the
smoothie if you're making substitutions here.

on order) Apple Roast lamb + roasted onion, garlic, beetroot, zucchini, carrot (roasted in olive oil + butter) 3 squares dark chocolate (90 %) English breakfast tea with
milk
: I love to make a big pitcher of cold brew coffee at the start of each week — I'll mix it into morning
smoothies, add a little
almond milk for a quick fix, or even add a little water and heat up
on the way out the door.
