programs you do nt include deads and squats in the same workout.now i've been following mgs and in it after every 9 days or so we have squats and deads together.but i see that everyone says that
since both
exercises are taxing
on cns especially if its heavy you put a lot of stress
on your lower back.so what do you say?
So about four months ago, I restarted MAF training
on elliptical and
exercise bike, minus 5 bpm, combined with a weightlifting rehab
program centered largely
on posterior chain movements such as Romanian deadlifts, single leg deadlifts, glute bridges, etc (the knee has finally been showing steady improvement
since I began).
Since most people want to obtain some combination of both aesthetic and performance benefits, their
exercise programs should include
exercises that focus
on each of these general goals.
Since this
program is mostly focused
on max reps, it will eventually turn out into an endurance workout (when you start being able to do more than 12 reps for an
exercise).
