Bleu Cheese dressing
on iceberg lettuce is one of my guilty pleasures.
An easy way to break your leaves apart
on iceberg lettuce is give the core end a thump on the kitchen counter and it will break loose from the leaves.
It was considered a healthy dip for veggies and was about the only dressing that mothers could get to eat
on an iceberg lettuce salad.
