Roll out the
dough on a baking paper or cloth (flour the cloth first), this will make it easier to flip the rolled out dough onto the pie dish.
Simply roll / spread out the entire
mix on baking paper and cut into squares (try spreading some of our healthy chocolate spread over the brownies for a divine frosting).
I was curious to see how they taste fried vs. baked so fried a few and baked the rest (400 oven

I made a thin layer of the dough
on baking paper by pressing it and shaping it with my hands (rolling pin just didn't work for me but I can imagine it would work if I put another sheet of baking paper over the dough to avoid contact of the dough with the rolling pin), then I cut it with pizza cutter into little squares, made holes in each square with a fork and baked it * without any turning * for 30 minutes in the oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius (350 F).
Brush some
oil on the baking paper lining the sides of the pan, and toss in the sesame and nigella seeds, twirling the pan around so the seeds stick.

A small tip to form the biscuits for those who are in a hurry: I made small balls and «trew»
them on the baking paper, which flattened and rounded them at the same time — not very romantic, but quite efficient:)--
If your steamer is too small (like mine), place four buns inside (two on each tier) and rest the remaining four
