I used one
banana because it was the only thing
on hand and I added a few tbsps of skim milk for a bit more moisture.I even threw in some mini
chocolate chips for a nice twist.

I added some shredded coconut, which gave it great texture, and I plan
on experimenting with
chocolate chips if I can ever get three ripe
bananas all together in one place again.
By riffing
on familiar and comforting desserts such as
banana cream pie, s» mores bars and cannoli — as well as by whipping up her own inventions like Butterfinger - flavored cake or her famous Inception cookie (which for the uninitiated is an Oreo - stuffed
chocolate chip cookie)-- Clara Cakes is a great option for couples who favor fun over fancy.
Mine were a little
on the plain side because I didn't have enough
chocolate chips, but if you follow the recipe exactly and you love
banana bread, then you won't be disappointed with these!
This
banana bread is my favorite (sorry don't tell the other
banana breads here) and it is made with THREE Justins» products:
banana chips, honey peanut butter and mini dark
chocolate peanut butter cups
on top.
They are the perfect addition to smoothies, can be dried into
banana chips, and taste delicious with a little dark
chocolate drizzled
on top!
Especially when you add in
chocolate chunks AND
banana chips on top of it.

So I whipped up these
chocolate chip banana cupcakes to try
on them.
I subbed 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce for the
banana, cut back slightly
on the cinnamon and nutmeg, and added some
chocolate chips.
Sweetened with extra ripe
bananas and speckled with

If you had stopped at just chickpeas and almond milk then I might be weirded out, but of course you went
on to add all the sweet

chocolate chip goodness and I am 100 % convinced these are gooey chewy bar heaven!
Maybe if it was a
chocolate muffin the green would not be as noticeable... any suggestions

Sides A mandarin (with a jack - o'lantern face drawn
on), a 1/2 of a pear Frankenstein (with smaller eyes and avocado hair), a
banana ghost with
chocolate chip eyes / mouth, six baby carrot sticks.
A few changes - I had 5 small - medium
bananas and used all of them, 2 eggs instead of substitute (since I never have it
on hand), low fat sour cream (though I was tempted to use he fat free vanilla yogurt I had
on hand) and once the batter was mixed I just folded in the
chocolate chips.

When I went

chips, and some of your delicious dark
chocolate blueberry
banana oat muffins!!
They also have the approval of yours truly, though with peanut butter,
bananas, and
chocolate chips, how
on earth could they not?
