Its funny I came across this thread, I'm actually in a very similar
boat, where I had
loaned 200k to a developer (brother) by getting a HELOC
on one of my rentals and getting a 80k profit after 2 years, so in 2 years, I might do just what @Dustin Beam posted, or get a 30 + unit apartment for some cash flow, BRRR and buy another.
