Hi Sara — I usually start with a 1/3 whole wheat flour, 2/3 white flour
on bread recipes.
Makes it great to read through and see the overall timing especially
on bread recipes with multiple steps.
But I've been feeling more confident lately that I could improve
on a bread recipe.
