on a low setting they thaw but don't toast!

Butter Bars are the perfect, decadent treat to accompany your iced
coffee on a summer day!
For some reason, the
coffee and
butter don't separate when it's
on the cake — I think it's because it's distributed evenly via thin layer, which keeps it together (as opposed to when it's in the bowl as a blob).
Streusel — a crumbly mixture of flour,
butter, sugar, and spices — often shows up
on coffee cakes.
They're great for dunking in a big glass of
coffee or almond milk, with some fruit
on the side, or even drizzled with peanut or almond
butter.
For instance, these little cakes are perfect for enjoying with a cup of
coffee, tea, or with a dab of unsweetened coconut yogurt, nut
butter, or an all natural fruit spread
on top.
I like to grab them when I'm running out the door to work, they're very easy to consume while also driving a car (a thermos of hot
coffee on the other hand...) My second favorite part of this recipe is the fact that it got me to explore making my own almond
butter.
Place the chocolate,
butter,
coffee and sugar into a saucepan
on a medium heat and stir until the chocolate has melted and the ingredients combined.
4 oz sour cream (for day 7) 8 oz cream cheese 3 dozen eggs (or more) 8 oz package of string cheese 8 oz deli sliced sharp cheddar cheese 1 lb
butter 1 lb unsalted
butter (if making bulletproof
coffee) 4 oz mascarpone cheese (for the fettuccini
on day 5)
1 cup flour 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 - 2 tbsp espresso, or 1 tbsp instant espresso powder (
coffee will work too) 1 large egg 1 cup milk (you can use buttermilk if you like, or 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup milk) 2 tbsp
butter, melted and cooled, plus more for the pan 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional) 1 tbsp Nutella, plus more for drizzle 1/4 cup chocolate chips for sprinkling
on top
It's the little habits I have like putting a little milk in my
coffee or
butter on my baked potato or ketchup
on my... well, everything.
Left: oatmeal with add - ins (granola, peanut
butter, raisins, cinnamon, banana) and vegetarian sausage [they told me to pack
on the protein to help with my milk supply] and
coffee and soy milk (I brought my own almond milk as well)
This decadent - tasting, brain - boosting (thanks to healthful compounds in the
coffee and chocolate) version uses unsweetened cold - brew
coffee, available in most supermarkets, plus almond
butter and yogurt for protein with enough heft to make a great breakfast -
on - go that keeps you satisfied and sustains your energy all morning long.
I make myself a cup of Aeropress
coffee while I put away the dishes that have dried from dinner the night before and then sit
on the couch with my
coffee and half a banana with pb or almond
butter and read blogs or browse the internet.
You can add this to mayo for your deviled eggs or sandwiches, sprinkle it in your
coffee to spice it up, or maybe a bit
on your popcorn with
butter.
One of my favorite breakfast is Peanut
Butter and I believe Ghee, Peanut
Butter on the Naan bread, with French Roast
coffee will hit the spot.
I do this
on my
coffee maker's hot plate in a small ramekin so I don't burn the coconut
butter and it works like a charm in less than 5 minutes.
But if you feel like a treat you can just scoop the cream
on top out, use it like
butter on a piece of bread or mix it in your morning
coffee or tea.
I don't supplement with protein powder very often, but I have used hemp protein powder a couple times in recipes

A big jug of
coffee had just been set in the hearth, the seed - cakes were gone, and the dwarves were starting
on a round of
buttered scones, when there came - a loud knock.
However, last week I was shopping in a hurry (cutting it close online shopping for Jon's birthday) and after a brief distraction in the
coffee department, I narrowed in
on soaps and immediately was drawn to their collection of
Butter Vine botanical soaps.

On the morning of the race I got up super-early, ate a peanut

You may have heard the buzz around melting
butter in your
coffee, but we have a major upgrade — it's probably the most unexpected item
on this list of coconut oil uses!
If you just stir the
butter and oil into the hot
coffee, the oil won't blend and will sit
on the surface of the drink.
Bfast now is broth with animal fat left
on plus addition of a little coconut
butter, MCT oil &
coffee with thickened cream.

I follow a low carb diet and it has helped me drop a lot of my visceral fat, I am a pescatarian eating salmon maybe 1 - 2 days a week max the rest of the time I am
on a vegan diet (excluding breads and grains) I also do not consume sugar and reduce fruit to 2 - 3 servings, I consume slow carbs as beans but always at night when your body can tolerate carbs better, and I eat tons of greens I supplement with algea oil, B12, and Magnesium I do bulletproof
coffee (with coconut oil) no
butter and intermittent fast and eat in a 7 hour window, I just wish Dr Greger could do a video
on the effects of a low carb, 95 % plant based diet.
