I'm working
on a version of this recipe without
coconut flour, but meanwhile you can
buy it at places like Whole Foods or online at iHerb.com or Amazon.
Coconut flour also has incredible absorbing powers so depending
on where you
bought it and where you live (humidity), you might have to add some water or your choice of milk to smooth it out.
This will work in your favor then because I already planned
on buying several gallons of
coconut oil,
flour, cream, shreds and butter from them
on weds.

buy a bag right now, you can find
coconut flour anywhere and
on the cheap (I got my bag at Natural Grocers for $ 5 and I havent even used up half of it!)
