What I love
on my chia pudding is a crunchy contrast which I create through a «caramelised» desiccated coconut topping.
Then I also snacked

I have grown to love the bitterness of cacao, even enjoying raw cacao nibs sprinkled
on chia pudding and other things, but I still crave that creamy, sweet dark chocolate too.
It makes a scrumptious way to start your day when topped with some chopped fruit and a dollop of yoghurt or as a topper
on chia puddings or yoghurt cups, drizzled with some berry coulis.

I eat this for breakfast either with coconut yoghurt or sprinkled
on porridge, smoothie bowls or
chia puddings — it really tastes great with everything!
