OK, this was supposed to be a casual Q&A
on counting macros and flexible dieting but this took me more time than intended.
Not exact matches
Even though there is flexibility in how you «spend» your
macros, you can't blow all your calories
on french fries and miss out
on protein the way you could if you were just
counting calories.

count calories or

count looks high
on the

Count macros, not calories: our bodies and metabolism are regulated by so many things other than calories, so how you burn a meal will depend
on your hormones, stress levels, fitness and environment.
Many people have been

on the other hand might be boring and repetitive, but it does make the

When you're
counting macros, you're tracking your 3 different variables (proteins, carbs, fats) and told to hit a specific amount based

Rather than having to

macros of foods everyday and try and make then add up to your totals
on the fly, you can plan out your meals for a week and even do some meal prep to make meals available
on the go.
If so, I'd really appreciate it, but if not I understand and I'll carry
on counting the same
macros without feeling guilty for eating such gorgeous cake!!
It wasn't until I discovered
Macro Counting that I learned how to eat the foods I loved and otherwise would have to «ban»
on any other diet.
I have a question regarding calorie and
macro counting on keto.

on the days that I switch from days to nights or vice versa, when I'm typically awake for 24 - 36 hours.

I had been following Sara for a while
on youtube and
on her FB page, but intermittent fasting and
counting macros seemed so daunting.
If you really want to stay healthy
on your holiday then you can
count your
macros.
Ultimately, IIFYM is a superficial take
on macro counting that ignores the nutritional needs that
macro counting was designed to meet.
An added benefit of
counting macros is that it is a flexible diet that allows you to maintain a balance
on a busy schedule, but if it's abused, it can lead to health problems.
