tactic recently...
I'm going to repeat what I said earlier... this team actively pursued a policy to undermine the relationship between the fans and the best player
on this team... for all intent and purposes this is a traitorous act... so instead of spending money, which all pundits and fans agreed was necessary in order to compete at the highest levels, this club was wasting time and money trying to turn fans against Sanchez long before the end of the season (the real concerted effort started around the time that Wenger benched him for the start of the Liverpool game)... for a team that pertains to be
different, like a FAMILY, and constantly questions the
tactics of it's opponents, to engage in such a treasonous act is deplorable

(3) formation flexibility — it took 20 years for Wenger to return to a back 3 and now he can't seem to choose anything but that formation... the teams in the premiership and those we could face in the Europa will present vastly
different tactics and we need to have a manager who can prepare this squad for this eventuality and have the fortitude to make the necessary adjustments throughout the season... I have seen nothing in the past 6 - 7 years to suggest that he is the man to take
on this challenge... I can't even remember when he changed formations when he would replace a small, pacy striker, like during the Walcott experiment, with the lumbering Giroud... of course this is exactly why there is no other manager in the world that plays more players out of their natural positions (square peg in a round hole)

lets just establish that now... A man with genuine intent to win the league would firstly adress the the issue of squad depth both from a tactical perspective as in being able to bring in

tactics every game teams will work it out... you wonder why Giroud is

Plan B can be generated / created by
different tactics using a multitude of personnel to achieve a plan B it could be welbeck it could be apkum it could be nakitiha even ramsy can be a plan B Giroud is contracted with Arsenal he and Mr wenger have an understanding else he would have moved
on in the summer so to just dismiss Giroud just like that is unfair and no good at all but if Giroud is turned
on by the idea it could be done else it wont and I reckon it will drag
on and the press and co such in here will have the material to fill in the empty pages as seen with the alixes henrick move it took 20 odd days for it to move we do not have 20 more days before the window shut down we only have a week to complete so time is not in our hand and if Dortmund want to keep auba they have the time in their hand all they can use delaying
tactics to burn the time so the Arsenal must move swiftly if they see a need in strengthening the attacking force.
Coquelin was
on the bench.I repeat he wasn't injured. This was a match made for him.He would've been racking up interceptions.People here think he's average but I feel he's being given a
different role and not being utilised to his max potential due to
tactics.
players like Ozil always present the fans with a bit of a conundrum, especially when times are tough... if you look around the sporting world every once in awhile there emerges a player with incredible skill, like Ozil, Matt Sundin or even Jay Cutler, who have a
different way about themselves... their movement seemed almost too lackadaisical, so much so that it seemed to suggest indifference or even disinterest
on the part of the player... their posture always appears somewhat mopey and they generally have an unflattering «sour puss» expression
on their face... for some their above average skills are enough to keep them squarely in the mix, as their respective teams try desperately to find a way to get the best out of them visa vie player acquisitions or the reworking of
tactics... when things go according to planned the fans usually find a way to accept their unique disposition, whereas when things go awry they become easy targets for fans and pundits alike... in the case of Ozil and Sundin, their successes
on the international stage and / or with their former teams led many to conclude that if we surrounded such talented individuals with players that have those skills that would most likely bring the best of these players success would surely follow... unfortunately both the Maple Leafs and our club chose to adopt half - measures, as each were being run by corporations who valued profitability over providing the best possible product
on the field... for them, they cared more about shirt sales and season tickets than doing whatever was necessary... this isn't, by any stretch, an attempt to absolve Ozil of any responsibility for his failures
on the pitch... there is no doubt oftentimes his efforts were underwhelming, to say the least, but this club has been inept when it comes to providing this prolific passer with the kind of players necessary for him to flourish... with our poor man's version of Benzema up front, the headless chickens in Walcott, the younger Ox and Welbeck occupying wide positions far too often and the fact that Carzola, who provided Ozil with great service and more freedom to roam, was never truly replaced, the only real skilled outlet
on the pitch was Sanchez... remember to be considered a world - class set - up man goals need to be scored and for much of his time here he has been surrounded by some incredibly inept finishers... in the end, I'm not sure how long he will be in North London, recent sentiments and his present contract situation seem to suggest that he will depart at season's end, but how tragic would it be if once again we didn't put our best foot forward and failed to make those moves that could have brought championship football back to our once beloved club... so when you think about this uniquely skilled player don't be so quick to shift all the blame
on his shoulders because he will not be the first or the last highly skilled player to find disappointment at the Emirates if we don't rid the club of those individuals that are truly to blame for our current woes
like I've said before, Wenger is simply stating that Sanchez is staying so that he can regain some leverage when it comes time to make a deal and to shift the focus back squarely
on Sanchez... this is 101
tactics in PR management... the very fact that he even mentioned RVP's name speaks to the utterance arrogance of a man that believes he answers to no one... before you harshly judge Sanchez think carefully about what the ultimate intentions of both parties involved... Sanchez wants to win trophies and get paid generously for his efforts, whereas the club wants to pull the wool over our eyes once again so that we blame the player for wanting the very things we told him we wanted when we brought him in... how many times do we have to go down this road before we realize the only common factor in each of these scenarios is the club itself... trust me, if we showed any ambition Sanchez's contract demands would be much
different... just like in other major sports players will take a «home town» discount if they see those in charge making a truly honest attempt to fight for the highest honours in their respective fields... that being said, if they see a team trying to make disparaging remarks about them in the press and not following through
on their promises, they will likely try to make them pay a premium for their services or seek greener pastures... btw if anyone simply looks at the score versus Bayern today and thinks that even for a second that this was a deserved victory, just watch the game and judge for yourself... actually save yourself the anguish and just know that if it weren't for Cech and Martinez this could have been a repeat of our Champions League flopping or worse
The fact still remains is that Tactically the team and the manager were inept
on Saturday and while I agree that the team is slowly getting there and we are far closer to being a top notch team we are still NOT a top notch team and until Wenger either get the ability to alter his
tactics against
different teams to suit how they play OR rediscovers it then we will not ever be a top notch club again.
