Isn't fat loss based
on food and exercise?
Most resolutions center
on food and exercise.
While numerous bodybuilders rely
on food and exercise to build their muscles and do so successfully, many of their peers prefer to take supplements that help them reach their goals and they don't turn to illegal performance enhancers either.
When I started my health journey, I only focused
on food and exercise, not giving much thought to the products I used, or creating habits that would help me feel better each day.
