Just so we're clear - this is dairy
kefir, not water, which is not allowed
on the GAPS intro diet.
We are going slowly with
kefir and have stopped most of the supplements we were
on, though if there's something I feel strongly we need
on a given day, we'll take it.

on Amazon or you can reuse the bottles you bought with store bought Kombucha and other beverages like apple cider and water
