effect on ketosis in the literal sense; it is more of an effect on how much body fat versus dietary fat is burned as fuel in the body.
Hi, I have been
on ketosis for about 6 months now and have lost almost 10 kg.
The reason for this is, most people think that
while on ketosis, they are literally allowed to eat anything.
Insulin is restrictive
on ketosis from happening if it is elevated too often.
Too much protein may disrupt ketosis, as excessive protein will be converted into glycogen and have a similar effect
on ketosis as eating too many carbs.
The ketogenic diet can be amazing when the goal is fat loss, but you can also gain power, build muscle
when on ketosis.
