I've all but given up
on knowledge management because even though I've been working in a KM role since 1986 and wrote the first article posted on the web in 1996 — and many since — about legal KM, I am not seen as an expert by lawyers whether they be those lawyers who manage their firms or those who are knowledge managers with law degrees.
