I think that the trend has died down a

We don't have the grocery store you're talking about here... but we shop at a store called
food lion, and they have a reward card for coupons... ive had the card for years and apparently some other family has another copy of the card — it seems they spend a ton
on groceries... then I go and buy just a
little bit and get 6 billion coupons.

Every now and then I like splurging
on «fun
foods» to explore new flavors and get a
little inspiration.
I eat
little processed
food, but I did go to the drive through of my favourite hamburger joint
on the weekend and then savoured my meal in the parking lot while reading a book and listening to the radio.
The baked ones were the easiest and fastes to make but they were a
little too dry and crunchy; the steamed ones were my favorite, chewy but not doughy and browning them
on the outside gave them just a bit of crispness; my husband still likes the original fried recipe best and said the other versions tasted like health
food.
Eating big bowls of salad is something I'm known for, but in the winter when all I want is hot
food, I prefer to have
little helpings
on the side of warm dishes.
As much as many of us have heard the advice to just focus
on the people rather than the
food, there's something about the
food that draws us together and opting out of that aspect is to me, a
little like trying to arrive at a complete and finished puzzle, without having half the puzzle pieces.
