I was just reading clinical trials

I did not see any research
on maca and masculinity or heart palpitations.
Also, what is the deal with lead in maca, here in California, we have a Prop 65 warning
on all maca products stating they contain lead, and from what I've heard, no amount of lead is safe?
Although research
on maca is still in its early stages, studies so far have shown that it is a tremendously useful superfood with several significant health benefits, particularly its ability to regulate hormonal imbalances during menopause and PMS.

In desperation with my anxiety symptoms which I feel are due to approaching menopause I started

My base is always frozen fruit because I like my smoothies cold, then I add a ton of greens, lemon, spirulina, bee pollen,

on Amazon.com than in health food stores) • 1 tspn
maca powder • 1 TBS vanilla • 1 tspn Himalayan salt • 1/2 cup goji berries • 1/2 cup golden berries • 1/3 cup coconut sugar • 3/4 cup coconut oil (or cacao butter) • LOVE Optional garnish: sesame seeds, goji berries and lavender.
I made a big protein smoothie with frozen banana, frozen berries,
maca, barley - grass, chlorella, cinnamon and 1 1/2 scoops of natural Sunwarrior warrior blend - I don't like the taste of this one
on its own, but it's fine in smoothies that sweeten it.
