With the window sitting on the counter, we have no place for the outlet, and I don't want to drill one of those pop up outlets into the marble countertop.

Classic Kichler Pocelona vanity lights in chrome finish with opal glass shine light on the Carrera Marble counter with an eased edge.

There is some kind of Rustoleum product that you can paint over laminate counters — it might work on cultured marble too — might want to check it out!
