meat, if using and allow to simmer 10 - 15 minutes (we don't count this as active work since it's not very hands -
on!).
The good news is that you can make Bone
Stock for dirt cheap and thus save money
on meat.
Cook
on low for probably 8 - 10 hours, remove chicken, pull
meat off bone and add back into the soup, reserve bones to make
stock another time??? Does anybody think that would work?
