levels which costs # 2.49, although it is important to note that such optional boosts can be completely earned in - game without any additional purchases and do not require long grinds in order to earn them.
There are a number of missions in the campaign that demand you to manage
multiple fronts in increasingly fraught situations and right up to the final
level this was a problem for me, one that only got worse
on the higher
difficulty settings.
In other words, the
difficulty curve in Polar Panic is steep; in later
levels it becomes almost impossible to earn an A rating without
multiple attempts, even
on the easiest setting, all because of the timer.
If you're actually skilled enough to play through the game
multiple times to find the hidden bonus coins, and
on harder
difficulty levels, you can unlock Hotsuma's brother (and nemesis) Moritsune as a playable character.
