The original recipe is lighter
on coconut milk, but I like to make this super creamy and with added fenugreek and curry leaves to the soup base.
I made it exactly like the recipe said, except I was a bit short
on coconut milk and chicken broth, so made up the difference using vegetable broth.
Just be sure to read the label
on the coconut milk to make sure it doesn't have any additives or thickeners (the ingredients should be just coconut and water).
Depending
on the coconut milk brand, either 1 or 2 cans of coconut milk will yield 2 cups coconut cream.3) Blueberry lime cheesecake can also be placed in the freezer to help firm the filling up quickly.
Not all dairy yogurt cultures will work
on coconut milk, so you'll have to experiment a little.
Since I first published the link, they have amended their page to say their culture doesn't work
