Over time, I've branched out at started using curry powder
on other roasted vegetables too like I did for this salad.

roasted vegetable dip, giveaways, and the chance to win prizes.
Once you get to this point,
roasts them the same way as
roasted broccoli florets or any
other roasted vegetables: toss in extra-virgin olive oil, put
on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake in a 400F oven for about 35 minutes, or until soft and browned.

vegetables are done, remove them from the pan and continue to simmer the sauce until it reduces and thickens slightly — just a minute or two / Add
roasted asparagus to the bowl / Spoon sauce over winter and spring veggies, sprinkle with chives.
I
on the
other hand, spent more time enjoying the food, and I distinctly remember the ginormous platers of
roasted summer
vegetables and a peach vinaigrette.
The winning items
on the menu include a list of gourmet sandwiches including a Balsamic Glazed
Roasted Vegetable Sandwich with Fresh Basil and Feta, Tarragon - Infused Salmon with Cheddar
on a Spinach Tortilla, Balsamic - Reduction - Glazed Mushrooms, Shallots and Swiss Cheese
on Seven Grain Bread, among
others.
To serve, place
roasted vegetables on half of serving platter and carved turkey
on other half.
Instead of chickpeas, we used
roasted sweet potatoes and created an Indian - spiced coconut dressing that would be great
on other salads and
roast vegetables, so don't worry if you have extra.

I come up with 4 - 5 % tops, depending
on whether or not they really never cooked the «
other vegetable» category and never
roasted / cooked their nuts.
That's the most tedious part of the recipe but I suggest making a big batch and using them for lots of
other things like toppings
on pizza or
roasted vegetables or tossed into omelets.
