I still prefer the Cranberry Almond Loaf but this is a good
plain bread to spread
nut butter
on.
One of my daughters ordered a toasted cheese sandwich and the other had a
plain turkey sandwich, both
on their Sandwich Bread, which is egg, dairy and
nut - free.
I've tried lots of brownie recipes: Boxes, scratch, frosted,
plain,
nuts, chips, fudge... Each of them has something to like, but depending
on my mood I might want a change of pace.

I never really use
nut butters in recipes (aside from
plain old Jiffy peanut butter) because I LIKE having them just in their jars
on hand whenever I want some.
In addition to sweet fruits and veggies, be sure to have cheeses,
nuts, seeds, and
plain yogurt
on hand.
Nut butters are an excellent choice — mix them with oatmeal, slather them
on bagels and toast, add them to smoothies or eat them
plain.
Cook them following the instructions
on the package and serve them with other low - glycemic foods, such as milk,
plain yogurt, berries,
nuts or
nut butter.

nuts have amazing BOLD flavor with no skimping
on the seasoning, but they're still very low carb and suitable for keto snacking — with MUCH more flavor happiness than your usual
plain old

I have a balanced diet that is heavy
on fruits, vegetable,
nuts, legumes, daily
plain yogurt, and light
on meat (but I do get plenty of non-meat protein).
