I was planning
on making salads + spaghetti but my stomach just wasn't settled and I was afraid lots of
raw vegetables would make things worse.
My boy doesn't do so well with cooked
vegetables but he'll more than happily chow through an entire bowlful of
raw kale, my daughter
on the other hand will give everything a go.
Mothering.com has a great recipe for «Emerald City Salad» —
raw, chopped kale tops a bunch of chopped
vegetables (red cabbage, red pepper, fennel, and parsley, I think), and then a potful of wild rice lays
on top to wilt the greens.
Chop
raw, or steam / stir - fry / bake some
vegetables and throw a protein
on top (tofu, bean, leftover veggie - burgers etc).
One of the best things that can be done while
on a candida cleanse is to increase
raw vegetables, eggs and nuts.
