Press gently into buttercream
on sides of cake.
If there are any bare spots
on the sides of the cake, cover with ganache.
Press toasted silvered almonds
on the sides of cake and decorate the top with chopped toasted walnuts.
Press pecans into frosting
on sides of cake.
Press chocolate stems into frosting

Smear the remaining 1 part of the cream
