My point here is that this type of excessive abs training is really a waste of time training a relatively
small muscle group such as the abs, when that time could have been better spent
on full body exercises such as squats, deadlifts, clean & presses, lunges, upper body presses and pulls,
dumbbell swings, snatches, etc, etc..
The Sport Series would be suitable for users with bigger hands because the handles of the
dumbbells have a more open design without the padding
on the wrist supports and come in
smaller weight ranges.
And HERE is the
small adjustment in form to increase the tension
on the triceps... note how the
dumbbells are tilted slightly down towards my head.
Although in many other cases, two
small dumbbells on the floor in a nearby corner is a possibility.
