There are so many levels of flavor going

Ingredient Substitution: If you don't have all the dried
peppers on hand, just substitute 3 tablespoons of regular
chili powder for the ground pasilla, chipotle, and New Mexico

chili garlic sauce.
This
chili is mildly spicy, depending
on your poblano
peppers.
I coated them in lime - spiked yogurt and sprinkled
on crumbled cotija,
chili powder, cilantro, salt and
pepper.
Depending
on the heat of your
chilis, I'd recommend trying a tiny bite before popping the whole thing in your mouth unless you're very macho when it comes to
peppers.
