While
on the topic of
stairs, we wanted to point out a few baby gates for
stairs with
banisters.
The red paint
on the
stairs had worn through in the middle, the stamped green linoleum that was glued
on the walls to shoulder height was rubbed away to nothing, and bits of string had been stretched across the gaps in the
banisters.
On the first floor which is accessed via an interior set of
stairs there is the master bedroom over looking the living area through a wooden

Install secure handrails or
banisters on both sides that extend the entire length of the
stairs.
Areas susceptible to wear and tear that causes cracking or exposure to underlying layers of paints
