nice to see you crawl out of your hole just in time to offer your 2 cents worth once again... unlike yourself I started following this team long before Wenger arrived
on the scene and will continue to do so long after he's gone... in his earlier years I admired the cerebral elements he brought to the EPL, which at that point was more brutish than beautiful, and I respected the seemingly tireless efforts of Arsene, Dein & staff to uncover and develop talent without sacrificing the product
on the field... likewise I appreciated that such a youthful manager wasn't afraid to bring strong personalities and / or world - class players into the fold without being fearful of how said players would potentially undermine and / or dilute his authority... unfortunately this all changed about 10 years ago and culminated in the removal of all our greatest players, both young and old, without any real replacements coming in... from Henry to RVP to Fabergas and Nasri, it was easy to see that this
club was no longer interested in competing at the highest
levels... instead of being honest, minus the ridiculous claims regarding the new stadium, Wenger chose to side
with management and in doing so became the «front man» for this corporation pretending to be a world - class soccer
club... without the «front man» this organization would have been exposed numerous years earlier, so his presence was imperative if the facade was to continue... it's for this reason and more that I despise what this once great man and Kroenke has done to my beloved
club... the gutless, shameful and manipulative way they have treated the fans, like myself, is largely indefensible and this is why I felt it necessary to start offering my opinion in a public format... trust me, I resisted the temptation for many years but as long as the same shit continues to exist I will voice my opinions and if you don't like it maybe you should look for a different team to pretend to follow

sorry this is a bit of the subject does anyone know what the situation
with our overall debt is at the moment and what our repayments are i was under the impression that we are at about the # 245 million mark gross debt and about # 97 net debt are the stadium repayments lower now or something is the bonds interest dropped lower inprice we were paying something like # 20 - # 30 million in repayments but heard its down to about # 15 million per yr now i know we will have broken throught the # 300 million mark in revenue now i am guessing that contributes more to the transfer funds or if not what makes up the transfer funds in the
club i.e deals or match day revenue plus cash in the bank which stands at a high
level but must be just in case we might default
on a payment we need heavy cash in hand to bail us out this side of the
club really intrigues me as it is not a much talked about subject unless you are into that type of area of work or care about the general fianacial outcome of the
club does anyone have more insight into our finances would be great to hear from anyone about this matter cheers gonerwineverything (because we are)
Up front we have a few world - class players surrounded by some serious pretenders... Sanchez is by far the most accomplished player in our attack but the controversy surrounding his contractual mishandling could see him go before the window closes or most definitely by season's end... obviously a mistake by both parties involved, as Sanchez's exploits have never been more
on display than in North London, but the
club's irresponsible wage structure and lack of real intent have been the real undoing in this mess... Lacazette, who I think has some world - class skills as a front man, will only be as good as the players and system around him, which is troubling due to our current roster and Wenger's love of sideways passing... Walcott should have been sold years ago, enough said, and Welbeck should never have been brought in from the get - go... both of these players have suffered numerous injuries over their respective careers and neither are good enough to overcome such difficulties: not to mention, they both are below average first - touch players, which should be the baseline test for any player coming to a Wenger - led Arsenal team... Perez should have been played wide left or never purchased at all; what a huge waste of time and money, which is ridiculous considering our penny pinching ways and the fact that fans had been clamoring for a real striker for years... finally Giroud, the fact that he stills wears the jersey is a direct indictment of this
club's failure to get things right... this isn't necessarily an attack
on Giroud because I think he has some highly valued skills, but not for a team that has struggled to take their sideways soccer to the next
level, as his presence slows their game even more, combined
with our average, at best, finishing skills... far too often those in charge have either settled or chosen half - measures and ultimately it is us that suffer because no matter what happens Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke will always make more money whereas we will always be the ones paying for their mistakes... so every time someone suggests we should just shut - up and support the team just think of all the sacrifices you've made along the way and simply reply... f *** off

Well written, but I think it will fall
on deaf ears, my fear is as follows, it will take a loss in money for the manager and board to change, this will only come if we finish out of the top 4, but knowing the board they would still give home a season to try again, I feel very sorry for Sanchez, he is total quality and deserves better, most of the other players look settled, turn up give70 % and get paid, no matter what
level you play at you should come off the pitch thinking I gave everything, how many of our players could say that, they lack motivation, player for player we are as good if not better than athletico Madrid but they have a manger that gets 100 % out of every player, Klopp is the same, but why would they leave their
clubs to come here
with a boar that cares about money not entertainment, Wenger was a lucky manager he inherited a top defence now his luck has run out
He could give a tuppence f@ck about the success of am «English soccer team» So
with this in mind you have to remember that success
on the pitch is absolutely the last thing that the board is after, Sanchez WILL be sold because A) he want far more money than the board are willing to pay him and B) he knows that the
club are NOT seeking to up Thier game or compete
on a higher
level.

why was Sanchez truly playing... no one believes he was too injured to play to start the season, and some like myself would go as far to suggest he wasn't injured at all... so why play him... they can't say it was to appease the fans because when was that ever a factor at this
club except when «panic buys» were in the offing... I believe that this was to give Arsenal a little leverage when it comes to negotiating his transfer... just imagine their horrible bargaining position if Sanchez never saw the field before the deadline then heading back to South America and played for Chile... regardless of the facts, this was sadly again another example of a team putting business ahead of fielding a team
with the greatest chance to secure 3 points... of course, some will say that Sanchez is, or was, our best player, so obviously he's a no - brainer to start, but those who really watch the game know that his heart hasn't been truly in it for quite some time... even at the end of last season you could see a definitive difference between the Sanchez who played for Chile and the one that played for Arsenal... that being said, 70 % of Sanchez is still better than a 100 % of the vast majority of our remaining roster... shame
on you Arsene and shame
on you too Sanchez for that telling smirk... I've supported your attempt to push this squad to the next
level but don't pretend for a second that you didn't know you were being watched... don't lower your standards or you'll end up like this

Last season also saw our manager Arsene Wenger go

I suppose in Italy they may rate their teams and

Wenger has been attempting to, at his own pace, adapt his extensive knowledge into practice

Joining a
club of arsenal s stature has its ups and downs. There is a requirement of how our players should perform when
on the pitch. The following is a list of players who were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he is the most favoured of all players at the
club now.I cant help but think how it would have gone for Him if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He was a clear talented footballer during his time at cardiff but he hasnt been raised
with the discipline at arsenal. You can always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not helping him or the
club with his foward moving pleasurr. He is so Over used and its sometimes difficult for him to get used to the rythm of the game.
With time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He needed somebody who would have managed him properly and
with care and that person is certainpy not wenger. You would have been better off at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton
with raw talent. He was very good at first but wenger found a way to reduce his
level of confidence. His inexperience was left exposed and wenger did nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player who needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he was ready to become a world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to be often injured and damaging his confidence.Who knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to look for more greener pasture. He is surely a much better player than this.Theo walcott - Another player who was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it in him.But all he needed was an appropriate manager who would nurture him
with discipline and help him
with his talent.But
on Coming to arsenal he was given Much more responsiblities putting more weight
on his shoulders
on top of that another player who was recklessly managed
with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he was often compared to during his time at real madrid.
On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for players. And when at arsenal you have to be your own manager. You need not rely
on your manager otherwise you might continue being the same player for the next many years. That is why each and every player are what they are because of their own efforts and wenger had nothing to do
with it.Van persie was the same player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge team while the rest is in your court. It is not what so many people make it out to be.Thats why we need to pressure wenger more than our own players. They are their own self managers and wenger needs to take that responsibility
The sort of money that is being talked about it costing us to persuade Lyon to part
with their talented young forward Alexandre Lacazette, as reported by The Mirror, is around the
level of the
club's record spending
on a single transfer.
With the ways the other teams are shaping up: 1) New managers in EPL with quite the success (Pep, Klopp, Conte & possibly Mourinho) 2) Big money not afraid to spend And looking at the way the club, are lovely Arsenal they're playing for are doing: 1) Wenger not showing any sign of changing his approach on the market 2) Lack of accountability & ambition at every level Delaying there contract resigning for themselves is the smartest thing they can

Arguably, most of our players are at least
on an average
level and
with this it'll take a coach to imbibe a sense of tactical discipline, creativity and the zeal to fight for the
club.
Yes, even
with Wenger still in BUT ONLY if Arsenal resign Ozil and Wilshere, sign Mhkitarian and Aubmeyang, and keep Giroud as a good sub... AND THEN we will stil lack two more players (CDM & CD) and a new manager to be
on the
level we need to be as a
club.
even when he suffered a serious knee injury, instead of accepting the fact that he would never stick his legs into the spaces that were crucial for someone
with straight ahead speed to succeed, the
club actually contemplated giving him a chance to play up top where his lack of physicality, size and holding up play talents would been
on display for all to see... these are not the actions of a
club that really cares about winning at the highest
levels, but they are the actions of a
club that wasn't interested in spending the necessary resources to purchases a world - class striker, which is usually the most expensive position
on the pitch... instead we adopted the horrible phrase «like a new signing» and proceeded to allow this ridiculous experiment to carry
on, which ultimately caused some discomfort
on the training pitch and inside the locker room as players battled for a position that shouldn't have been theirs for the taking in the first place... don't get me wrong, I believe that Walcott is a talented player, who can help a team reach their goals, if their goals are relatively modest... just look at the teams who supposedly expressed interest in his services and they weren't the kind of
clubs who aspire to win at the highest
levels... as for the reasons why he hasn't been bitching and moaning about moving
on just look at the wage benefits he receives from our
club and his obvious desire to enjoy the societal advantages that come
with playing in North London for a
club with worldwide appeal... so instead of continuing to try to fix a coat
with a broken zipper simply move
on and buy a new and better coat

Classic «wag the dog» rhetoric... let's stop wasting time discussing players who will never help this
club in the future, reminds me too much of the Rosicky and Diaiby years, which provided our inept managerial hierarchy
with a plethora of excuses for why we couldn't succeed at the highest
levels and / or why we didn't make the necessary moves in the transfer market... this
club will never win the EPL or compete in Europe until the Grinch who stole soccer and the Mustache who pays his ridiculous cheques are run out of town... hopefully they will take some of the overpaid and underwhelming deadwood players that WE»VE been supporting for years including Giroud, Walcott, Xhaka, Welbeck, Chambers, Monreal, Ramsey, DeBouchy, Campbell, Mertesaker, Coqs, Elneny, Cech and Wiltshire... if we don't Wenger will gladly renew their contracts and they will represent the bulk of our starting lineup once Ozil and Sanchez move
on
The extra fitness and confidence that the big striker will hopefully get at international
level is good news for the Gunners, of course, but it is also very important for the player himself, as he now finds himself
with extra competition at
club level after Arsene Wenger completed the transfer of the Spanish forward Lucas Perez from Deportivo La Coruna before the summer window closed
on Wednesday.
It may be that the pair are soon teammates at

On today's game - even the side we put out today should have been more than enough to take care of a side
with relegation written all over them.Mustafi is looking a liability in every game and Xhaka will never be a dominant midfielder. As for Wilshere he looks like a player who probably found his true
level at Bournemouth last season.Koliasnac is not the player he looked earlier in the season probably down to the «Coaching» he now gets at the
club.
Nothing like one underachiever blowing smoke up the ass of another... we know that Ozil has some incredible technical gifts, but to be considered the best you have to bring more than just assists to the table... for me, a top player has to possess a more well - rounded game, which doesn't mean they need to be a beast
on both ends of the pitch, but they must have the ability to take their game to another
level when it matters most... although he amassed some record - like stats early
on, it set the bar too high, so when people expected him to duplicate those numbers each year the pressure seemed to get the best of our soft - spoken star... obviously that's not an excuse for what has happened in the meantime, but it's important to make note of a few things: (1) his best year was a transition year for many of the traditionally dominant teams in the EPL, so that clearly made the numbers appear better than they actually were and (2) Wenger's system, or lack thereof, didn't do him any favours; by playing him out of position and by not acquiring world - class striker and / or right - side forward that would best fit an Ozil - centered offensive scheme certainly hurt his chances to repeat his earlier peformances, (3) the loss of Cazorla, who took a lot of pressure off Ozil in the midfield and was highly efficient when it came to getting him the ball in space, negatively impacted his effectiveness and (4) he likewise missed a good chunk of games and frankly never looked himself when he eventually returned to the field... overall the Ozil experiment has had mixed reviews and rightfully so, but I do have some empathy for the man because he has always carried himself the same way, whether for Real or the German National team, yet he has only suffered any lengthy down periods
with Arsenal... to me that goes directly to this
club's inability to surround him
with the necessary players to succeed, especially for someone who is a pass first type of player; as such, this simply highlights our
club's ineffective and antiquated transfer policies... frankly I'm disappointed in both Ozil and our management team for not stepping up when it counted because they had a chance to do something special, but they didn't have it in them... there is no one that better exemplifies our recent history than Ozil, brief moments of greatness undercut by long periods of disappointing play, only made worse by his mopey posturing like a younger slightly less awkward Wenger... what a terribly waste
