I'll definitely be making these again, though next time I think I'll double up
on the cashew cream and the sauce.
Don't want to be a hater, but having to click through two sub-recipes to get all the info
on the cashew cream was real annoying.
I've been
on a cashew cream kick lately and here soaked, pureed cashews add body to coconut cream and temper the strong flavor of canned coconut milk, adding nutty depth that blends beautifully with the berries.
Not exact matches
Place the salad

cashew cream onto the salad and then adding the «bacon» either as strips or chopped

on the palate; add more water if necessary.
Serve with the

cashew cream, stock, nutritional yeast flakes, and thyme, reduce the heat to medium - low, and gently simmer until thick, 35 to 40 minutes; stir occasionally to make sure the
cream mixture doesn't stick and burn

For example, people at work who see me add
cashew milk in my coffees in the morning almost always ask me about it, then, I can elaborate how much I love it, how it's lower in calories compared to milk and
cream, how it's healthier for you, and the list goes
on.
Even if I was eating grains again I would put this
on the menu rotation because it is a mess of veggies with
cashew cream (yeah I have ventured there too... it is worth it) and chicken.
Place one ball
on each spoon
on top of the avocado
cream, garnish with the roasted sesame and
cashew seed and serve immediately.
You might have a little extra
cashew cream sauce leftover but it really depends
on how saucy and creamy you want it.
