When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, then take off stove and pour spreading
on the coconut layer.
I usually eat a toasted, salted almond with it and I think next time I'll put almonds
on the coconut layer before adding the chocolate on top — kind of like an Almond Joy with dark chocolate!

on it and put a
layer of shredded crab
on top of that.
The
layers look lovely and I really like the sprinkle of toasted
coconut on top.
** Optional: For an extra chocolaty taste, spoon a little of the chocolate icing
on the base cookie
