While the impact of vouchers on African American students was large, the impact of a voucher offer
on the college enrollment rate of Hispanic students was found to be a statistically insignificant 2 percentage points.
A study in the Summer 2013 issue of Education Next looked at the impact of receiving a voucher
on the college enrollment rates of students in New York City.
