OT: Looking @ our team I think we need one good attacker more especially on that right wing, not necessarily a striker as walcott and sanchez can play there, as in someone like Pedro... If we use our best line up up front which Sanchez, Giroud and Walcott, then imagine what we will have on the bench offensively..
Arsene Wenger must have been mightily relieved when the in form England striker Danny Welbeck passed his late fitness test and as expected, the Frenchman has stuck with the pacy and hard working front man instead of bringing back Olivier Giroud who has made an early return to fitness and is on the bench to face Manchester United today.
But AW needs to buy 4 more players we had MD go in jan MA MF TR CJ out for a year DW out for a year and more and then he says we need 2 - 3 in sorry we need to buy a captain we need class up front that can put 25 in the net coz O G just don't cut it at all sorry 4 months and yet he still played him but left T W on the bench when you say to the kid now go prove yourself.
How can wenger blame the defence he has allowed it to happen, as Merson said surely there must be a young CB that could be used, when you look at the bench it shows how short of defensive players we are, why not bring on Bellerin then move chambers in front of the CBs, put theo on just in front of the RB, Wenger and Boulder should have been screaming to the players» just sit in» don't need to go forward, but they just sat there
This performance really does show that Arsene Wenger needs to get his coat and f@ck off!!!! Start your game with your strongest squad and then swap the players when your in front Giroud was not worth a pot of cold p!ss, Sanchez who clearly lifts the team was sitting on the bench for half the game I mean WTF????? surely anyone who doubts that Wenger has had his day has had proof positive that it's time to go Just shows what the team is like without sanchez We are sh!t and it's not about the quality of the players it's Thier manager and Thier attitude Its a total disgrace
So it's better in my opinion to have Welbeck up front with Giroud on the bench.

I said a while back, and will continue to say it now, Ramsey needs to come off the bench, move Santi to the box to box role (which he's already pretty much doing now) and play or Mesut or Tomas in front of him depending on who we're playing.
why play Bel LWB in front of Sead why leave mustafi on the bench why buy mustafi for 35m then sell or loan him out who decided Xhaka was our answer to CM Who said Holding was struggling with confidence, subbed him, dropped him then started him agains Mane i could literally write and write about the strange if not idiotic decisions there is a part of me that thinks he is delibrately doing this but if so why?.
Starting lineup, benching Lacazzete and Kolasinac and playing Welbeck up front, Ramsey and Xhaka in the middle, no Elneny on the bench, Bellerin on the left.
Alexis should also be very high on the shortlist to be included in your fantasy team, as he is relishing his new role in the side, but there is the possibility that Olivier Giroud could well be selected to play up front now he has returned to fitness, and the Chilean could suffer if he is benched or put back in his previous role.
I'll like to see Mertesacker or Holding replace Mustafi for our remaining games, not that it'll matter anyway Welbeck should be dropped or go back to the wings Alexis to be played in the number 10 role or up front Ramsey to see out the rest of the season on the bench
it is wengers fault starting with welbeck in the middle up front while a fit giroud is sitting on the bench.
I'm not certain how it would play out but it would have been interesting to see Perez playing in a front 3 with Sanchez and Lacazette, with Perez on the right, but in order to do that we would need a true defensive midfielder so that we could still have Ozil in the middle, playing behind the front 3, and Sead and Ox / Bellerin taking turns making wide side runs... unfortunately Wenger has made sure that could never happen because it would require buying the proper back 3 to handle this situation and he would have to bench his beloved Walcott and Ramsey on a regular basis... like I said before, I'm very concerned that Wenger will play Lacazette out wide on the left with Giroud in the middle, which means Sead will likely be in the back 3 and Ox will be played in the left wing - back position, which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever... God, I hope I'm wrong
actually, this was as plain asday what result was going to be, you put a group of bench players who never play togethe as a unit, to play on the road, in front of a team that is energized and used to playing together, and you have all the makings of a dumpster fire, just becuz it was a road match means you put reserves on the bench to protect your arse... moronic managment...
I would put Maitland - Niles in the midfield in a 442 he has got pace along with ramsey wilsher and Xhaka with welbeck and Lacazzate up front and have Chuba Akpom on the bench along side elneny coq monreal holding iwobi but to be honest I have my own game plan and not wengers I would want our midfield to be in their faces dominating the game frustrating them I need a win nothing else but a win but then thats me
It was one of my own personal big disappointments of the season watching Lucas Perez rot on the Arsenal bench, while Giroud was given every chance to redeem himself in front of the Arsenal fans.
I hope wenger sees these and benches ozil when he doesn't deliver to have a taste of Wilshere, but never wenger, he prefers his best on the pitch than giving willing and passionate players chances, the likes of Campbell, Gabriel, Gibbs instead of easy monreal, Perez shud av played more last season e.t.c, I hope to say xhaka, Ramsey, Wilshere in front of them, Sanchez / Perez if Sanchez goes, lacazette / welbeck upfront, giroud as sub, Gabriel along side koscielny and kolasinic, bellerin and gibbs / monreal as full backs, I want szesny back as back up to cech and Martinez as understudy.................. but I won't get it cos it is wenger......... smh
Currently he has too many players in front of him in Wenger's estimation, including Lacazette, Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil, Danny Welbeck and Alex Iwobi, and you are much more likely to see Giroud brought on from the bench during League games.
