Our 3 back is just so wrong. We don't have natural wingbacks even in this formation. It also seems to me that lots of people here believe
if you're good at right or
left fullback then automatically you're good at RWB / LWB which quite frankly is untrue. That's why Oxlade Chamberlain can be considered at RWB but not right back.At RWB or LWB you're asking too much in terms of attack from Bellerin and Kolasinac.A proper
wing back can be viewed as a more defensive winger which quite frankly none of them are and they don't possess the flexibility too to play that way.Our midfielders are also not disciplined enough because in 3 back there's a huge gap in the centre of the field that must be covered by our CM's so indiscipline only means disaster. We also have Ozil who looks like he's playing at RW in 3 back.In that we're limiting his impact because Ozil takes
on his man because he wants to not because he likes to.You can't play such players at the
wing. He's a proper No. 10 who likes to be given freedom. That's why Ozil plays likes he's lazy
on the ball and stuff. It's because he wants to be free and for that you need to put him at No. 10.

on the team Wilshr, Arteta etc..
Its simple really, Wenger is a very poor manager and has been poor very almost 10 years now, he makes insanely stupid decisions and moves than not even a non league manager would make e.g Kim Kallstrom, 40mil + 1 for Suarez, not siging an out field player last season, playing Ozil
on the
left wing for some time, Flamini siging, being snubbed by Vardy etc, the list goes
on and
on and
on, Chelsea go in for Kante in within 4 days deal is done, But noooo Wenger goes in for crack head Vardy and gets snubbed, I'm sorry but
if we had to choose over 2 new world class sigings or a new coach I'd opt for the new coach, Wenger is a poor poor manager, he ia lower than the level of our club, anyway thanks in advance for the thumbs down.....

left wing and Ox or Campbell in right

this is why ozil is wasted
on the
left he kill all his best attributes puting him there i do nt see the logic in wengers thinking
if u need to put him

wing than maybe he should be

Off topic anyone notice how ozil was used
on the
left wing last season and the first part of this season and he was under performing fans and pundits were all saying how wenger should build the team around ozil since that was his best position and he cost us 42m well since his return he has only played either cam or right
wing (he said in a interview that those were his fav positions since he played them at real) taking the place of an in form cazorla and it all seems to work I think wenger has done this all
on purpose because
if u look at ozils overall performance after his injury its much better than before, he tackles, wins the ball back and covers more distance than anyone else wenger does this often using players out of position for a while only to make their overall game better and mostly it works genius
he is cup - tied though and
if we get him he can make the right
wing his own or he can provide cover for Alexis
on the
left..
