raw EVOO), moderate protein, moderate carb
diet with ample bone broth, liver,
raw dairy and fermented foods (veges, sourdough, FCLO) than I
ever did with a lean - meat and vegetable
diet of paleo.
Hormone - disrupting chemicals are more prevalent than
ever before, physical activity is less and less common, veganism is popular (I was a
raw vegan for a while), and many doctors insist
on pushing a low - fat, low - cholesterol
diet for health (by the way, the concept of a low - fat
diet began in the mid-70s, shortly before the nationwide testosterone decline.
I started my dog
on a
raw diet when she was 4 months old and she has been
on it
ever since.
Based
on my experience over the last 20 years, I would have to say that a high - quality
raw meat
diet is by far the best health insurance policy you could
ever get for you cat.
I can not comment
on the
raw diet as I admit I haven't tried that nor would I
ever, I believe it to be an ancient medieval «belief» that dogs need only meat and it
raw as our good advanced science tells us the benefits of a well BALANCED but varied
diet.
