Skim away and discard any fat collected
on the top of the broth.
Instead of doing this in a separate dish, I just dropped them into my soup and let them float
on top of the broth for 5 minutes or so to soak up the liquid.

Basically if you see a big vat
of dark
broth, and spot some freshly pulled noodles
on a counter
top, you should order yourself some soup.
You can try sautéing everything in veggie
broth or water and skipping the brushing
of the oil

When we first transitioned our bodies over to the ketogenic way

of our «go - to» recipes was delicious, nutritious bone
