Roll each dough ball out one at a time: place a sheet of parchment
paper on top of the dough ball and press the ball down into a round.
As you roll the dough, you may need to sprinkle a little more coconut flour
on top of the dough so it does not get stuck to the rolling pin.
Arrange the apples in a large
circle on top of the dough, overlapping and leaving about 1 - inch of space around the edge of the dough.
Spread a thin layer of red pepper
puree on top of the dough, and place a few pieces of sweet potato and cauliflower on one side.
Bake for 10 minutes until the dough begins to turn golden brown then place another baking sheet
directly on top of the dough and continue baking for another 6 - 7 minutes.
My dough was too sticky so I just sprinkled a tiny bit of coconut flour on the parchment paper first and then
again on top of the dough in order to flatten it out without it sticking to my hands.
