Remove butter from fridge, slice 3 thin pieces of butter and
place on top of fish along with the cherry tomatoes.
The
prosciutto on top of the fish turned into an unappealing brown lump of leather - like substance which, when trying to saw through it with a steak knife caused the tender fish to crumble.
