I've been
on my own quest experimenting with
turmeric and am enjoying the
tea as I write.
I used to make
turmeric tea «golden milk» by boiling
turmeric in a little water, then adding milk (or almond milk), honey and a little sesame or almond oil drizzled
on top.
It has significant anti-inflammatory properties (as well as a host of other benefits), and I started going for it - adding extra
turmeric to curries, drinking
turmeric tea in the morning and evenings, and generally keeping it out
on the counter for easy access.
I actually drink a
tea almost identical to this
on a regular basis... although I now need to try it with the black pepper (I've read about how black pepper helps the body absorb
turmeric's nutrients recently... so cool!)
I use to sprinkle
turmeric on scrambled eggs, but I don't really eat eggs anymore, so this
tea sounds perfect.
So, consider cabbage juice (slow, 80 RPM or less juicing, this is very important), several glasses a day, vitamin C, several thousand milligrams a day,
turmeric one 3 in long root a day, flax seed, freshly ground 2 tablespoons a day and whole oats / oat bran (2 T - spoons each) to reduce gut inflammation; in addition, from a herbology perspective this is what I am using, with good results: an equal part combination of yarrow, chamomile, mint, motherwort, lemon balm, St John's - wort; you can buy them
on line, as 1/2 lbs packages, mix them all up good, and make a
tea (boil for 10 - 15 min a quart of water and 4 T - spoons of mix); keep the mix in a sealed jar; this may benefit multiple digestive disorders such as IBS, colitis and Chron's.
I prefer grape seed extract, alpha lipoic acid, green
tea extract, co-enzyme Q10, N - acetyl cysteine, bilberry, milk thistle,
turmeric, rosemary, and so
on.
The best time of day to drink this cayenne pepper
tea with
turmeric is first thing in the morning,
on an empty stomach.
Add
turmeric, ginger, oregano, garlic, basil, thyme and rosemary to as many dishes as possible and drink organic herbal
teas on a regular basis.

6) Use Anti-Oxidant Rich Herbs: Add
turmeric, ginger, oregano, garlic, basil, thyme, kelp and rosemary to as many dishes as possible and drink organic herbal
teas on a regular basis.
Put ground
turmeric on the spots (just a little because it really stains) and make
turmeric tea and drink every day.
Again, problem is that we're all exposed to environmental factors and processed foods filled with pesticides + gmo's
on a regular basis; therefore, cleaning up the liver is a must and one of the ways to do so is regular
turmeric consumption via supplement form,
tea, or adding the spice to your meals.
Personally, I mix a teaspoon of ground organic green decaf
tea a teaspoon of hibiscus powder and 1 bag of regular organic green
tea and boil it keeping a close eye
on it so it doesn't overflow, then put it into a glass with some cooler water, add a teaspoon of;
turmeric, gooseberry powder, barberry powder, berberine extract, black pepper, and a couple of teaspoons of coffee.
Also
tea, raw
turmeric powder, garlic and canned tomatoes might have negative effects
on my reflux, but I need more time to determine it.

turmeric 1/2 tsp cinnamon (plus extra to sprinkle
on top) 1/4 tsp ground cardamom 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1 heaped tsp honey or coconut sugar 1 tsp black
tea 1/8 tsp black pepper 1/8 tsp sea salt 1 clove 1/4 star annise OR alternatively just add in 1/2 tbsp wet chai mix!
