far on weight watchers and feel great I'm init for the long haul this time got 20 to go going to try stuffed shells
I have put them both in the recipe
builder on weight watchers, and 4 oz 93/7 lean ground turkey is 4 points, and 4 oz of Laura's lean ground beef is 4 pts
I've lost 94

Back in 1998 - 1999 I had lost 110
lbs on weight watchers and in the meetings was incouraged to try soy burgers and soy milk in place of others proteins.
Can you imagine not losing ANY
weight on weight watchers and learning that full fat dairy and peanut butter are okay to eat and LOSING weight.
I made them and my family loves them but I have to track
them on my weight watchers.
I'll have to try

Hi, This may seem healthy but one muffin is 8 points plus

I pointed
this on weight watchers as well and to get down to 3 points a serving I had to show as the recipe makes a total of 14 servings — but I don't want to have to make it and measure out and divide by 14 before I can decide to make it!
