on a new journey to find tasty treats.
In the end, my approach to eating is based
on pleasure...
and while I do obey certain rules
and avoid some foods (

and I discovered that high histamine foods were causing some of the pimple - like spots
on my face (thus the issue with fish oil mentioned previously; red wine is especially bad, causing a spot or two within a few hours).
But if you want to eat heavier foods, like meat, eggs,
dairy and wheat, they can be prepared in a way that makes them lighter
and easier to digest, reducing their stoutening effect
on the body.
