Naturals Cassava Flour uses the whole, peeled cassava root, so we get the benefit of all the healthy fiber.
In testing lots of
cassava flour recipes lately, I've learned that it can be a difficult flour to bake with, and not so forgiving the way almond flour seems to be!

I made these cookies using
cassava flour from Anthony's Goods; it is certified GF and batch tested!
Because
cassava flour doesn't contain gluten, just like other gluten - free flours such as rice, millet, buckwheat etc... it lacks «stretchability», which can make it delicate to work with (though I find it much easier to work with than rice flour»).
You should be able to shape mixture into small patties at this point, if not dust a bit more
cassava flour on top and mix into mixture until it's a shape - able consistency and isn't sticking to your hands.
I knew that we needed pancakes made with my all - time favorite Otto's Naturals

We order a decent amount of our food online since a lot of ingredients (
like cassava flour and grass fed pre-made bone broth) aren't available in our area.
When used with just one or two more flours or starch,
Premium Cassava Flour delivers excellent breads with a nice, brown crust and light crumb structure.

cassava flour online or in some grocery stores.
