Noodle salad: Toss soba noodles with it and then go from there, adding
other favorite seasonal ingredients - roasted vegetables, toasted seaweed, tofu or whatever protein you like, etc..
As we finish out this last week of August and head into the cooler fall months, I wanted to end my summer recipes with one that pulls together some of
my favorite seasonal ingredients.
All of these things bring me to

And its the sort of dressing that turns a bowl full of farro or quinoa or soba noodles into something close to a full meal - just toss in
another favorite seasonal ingredient or two.
Back in my kitchen, I gave lentils the summer treatment and used them in a salad with a few of
my favorite seasonal ingredients.
As the reality of the end of summer begins to set in, I try and squeeze everything I can out of
my favorite seasonal ingredients, particularly tomatoes, cucumbers, peaches and watermelon.
Feel free to customize this salad with
