Apply mascara to top side of upper & bottom of lower lashes first, then apply to bottom side
of top lashes & top side of bottom lashes.
Line
top lash line with a deep purple cream liner, such as the NEW Aqua Creamliner # 5 ($ 20.00).

along top lashes with brown (if you're fair) or black pencil, gently pulling the skin taut at your eye's outer corner to help make the line even.
