This is my fifth year with Florida Virtual School and I can honestly say that I work more hours
online than I ever did
in the
physical classroom.
Blended learning differs from traditional «distance education» courses
in that the class is not entirely conducted
online, whereas it also deviates from simply including the use of computers inside the
physical classroom.
Other schools combine
online classroom time with
classroom time
in a
physical school building.
Even better, where previously New Yorkers were required to complete the course
in a
physical classroom, the state recently allowed us to provide the course 100 %
online.
Get the same knowledge as you would
in a
physical classroom, only
online and on your time.
Those individuals living
in the area have like always to ability to take the course
online, but also have the option to attend a
physical classroom as well.
Essentially, the only difference between the two options is that an
online class allows you take the course on the Internet at times convenient to you, whereas when you take the course
in a
classroom, you are required to travel to the class and receive instruction at a set time and at a set
physical location.
Get the same knowledge you would

physical classroom, only
online and when you have the time.
