races in cup mode including the
championship points table; therefore reflecting the features found in single player even to the quality of graphical fidelity, sense of speed and performance.
By not building upon the split - screen multiplayer of the previous game in most areas; it still has the same limitations of having no
race replays, no
championships, no variation in game modes besides
racing, only 4 A.I. controlled riders and even the improvement of wet weather conditions comes with the unnecessary optimisation of rain droplets having been removed in favour of a damp track, while split - screen is still limited to only the Quick Mode as you can not play any of the World Tour or the
online equivalent co-operatively or competitively.

If you're the type to spend hours playing through entire F1
championships, or repeatedly returning to career modes in Project CARS, or
racing countless
online races in DriveClub or any number of other games, it's a no - brainer to get yourself a good quality steering wheel controller at some point.
If anything, split - screen multiplayer should be pushed further with four player offline split - screen in a full or customised
championship season and the ability to have an incredibly social experience by hosting three friends locally and a further 18 players
online or joining another player's lobby for four player split - screen
online multiplayer; fans of split - screen
racing can only hope this will be addressed in the next F1 game.

Really enjoying playing but I have since discovered it's not as easy to pick up and play as previous Gran Turismo games, Gone are the cup
championships and having to pass your licences to play the more advanced
races, this is just a series of singles
races, on single tracks and trying to beat 3 levels of difficulty and the tracks are unlocked as you earn experience and level up, also there aren't as many tracks or cars as any of the previous versions and seems a little like the limited Prologue game that was released at a cheaper price, I'm assuming it's more geared towards
online racing, which I haven't tried yet because sometimes you just want to play your way without interfering with somebody else's game, nothing worse than going into a
race and have some random person ruin your game by crashing into you or just cheating their way to win.
Online sport mode has official
races and
championships (some of which are officially licensed by FIA) which take place in scheduled times while the lobby offers more casual
racing.
It sounds ambitious, but Gran Turismo Sport is FIA approved, meaning that the two
online championships you'll compete in will be recognised alongside actual motor
racing.
Racing with friends
online is only possible in Kunos - designed hoppers, all but removing custom community
championships from the table.
The Storm Island expansion adds six iconic cars and trucks to the game, including a brand new barn find car, as well as off - road upgrades, 24 new
