about you and your
book, your followers will think you are self - involved and are too concerned with self -
promotion.

only about your
book and how wonderful your toenails are)-- interviews (give and do for others)-- don't argue with reviewers (from The Author CEO Naomi Blackburn)-- giveaways,
promotions, etc. — email newsletter (aka, email marketing)-- Give back, for fuck's sake.
So now not
only will people check out your
book, but Amazon's algorithms will know more
about your
book as well because of it — and your free
promotion period ends up transforming into great sales down the road.
They all get the same
promotion so sales won't be affected one way or the other and the vast (vast) majority of readers not
only don't care
about the publisher they don't even * know * who publishes the
book.
I wrote a blog
about this because many authors of fiction novels feel the
only way to sell
books is with
promotion after
promotion.
But, before the Amazon
promotion method, I was selling maybe five
books of «
Only the Truth» a day with all my FB and Twitter fans (which number
about 12,000) and readers of my past
books.
