First reason could be if you
only used spelt flour (instead of buckwheat)
and left out
coconut and almond flour.

and next time I'll leave out the maple syrup because they were too sweet for me, I

I used honey instead of agave,
and coconut palm sugar for half of the dates (I

and seeing as it
